The Sports University of Tirana, led by Rector Prof. Dr. Agron KASA, attended the National Conference “Achievements and Challenges of Sport in Albania” hosted by the Ministry of Education and Sports under the special patronage of Minister Mrs. Evis KUSHI.
This conference brought together in a debate space the primary protagonists in sports development: local and international partners, specialists, elite and young athletes.
Our university’s academic and scientific research workers actively participated in the sessions of this conference.
SUT Rector Prof. Dr. Agron KASA and Director of the Scientific Research Institute Prof. Assoc. Dr. Arben KAÇURRI addressed the topics “University sports as teamwork” and “Physical and sports activity contributing to the well-being of all  during the “Sports for All” session.
Dr. Stavri Bello brought up the subject of “Status of the Elite Athlete” at the “Elite Sport” session.
