Procedures for Simple / Personal Confirmations
Purpose: This procedure is used when individuals request confirmation of previously issued academic documents from the Sports University of Tirana (SUT) with authenticity verification from the Rector of SUT.
Documents to be Verified:
- Diploma
- Transcript
- Curriculum (Course Outline)
- Diploma Supplement
- Certificates
Documents Must Be Issued By:
- Faculty of Movement Sciences
- Faculty of Physical Activity and Recreation
- Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences
Fee: 1000 All, payable at any second-tier bank. (Click 
for invoice).
Processing Time: 5-10 working days.
Procedure:
- Physically present yourself at the sector of International and Public Relations.
- Submit the following documentation:
- Request for confirmation (Click for the request);
- Payment receipt for the applicable fee
- Photocopy of the applicant's ID card
- Documents to be confirmed
Procedure for Official Confirmations
Purpose: This procedure is used when individuals request that their academic documents be verified and sent officially by the Sports University of Tirana to foreign institutions where they are applying.
Documents to be Verified:
- Diploma
- Transcript
- Curriculum (Course Outline)
- Diploma Supplement
- Certificates
Documents Must Be Issued By:
- Faculty of Movement Sciences
- Faculty of Physical Activity and Recreation
- Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences
Fee: 5000 All, payable at any second-tier bank. (Click for the invoice).
Processing Time: 20-30 working days.
Procedure:
- Physically present yourself at the sector of International and Public Relations.
- Submit the following documentation:
- Request for confirmation (Click for the request)
- Payment receipt for the applicable fee \Photocopy of the applicant's ID card
- Documents to be confirmed
- Correct address / official email / system where the documentation should be sent
Note: Individuals who wish to legalize their academic documents at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs must first complete the document confirmation procedure at the Sports University of Tirana.
SUT does not handle translation or legalization at Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs ; if needed, the applicant must carry out this procedure themselves.
Sending Confirmed Documentation:
- By sealed envelope to the address specified in the applicant's request via Albanian Post.
- To the official email address of the institution/company where the former student has applied.
- To the relevant system of the institution/company where the former student has applied.
