Fisnik Brovina was born in Tirana, Albania. He graduated in economics from the University of Tirana in 1988. He defended his doctoral thesis in Art Management in 1994 at the University of Arts and the Royal College of Art Management. Immediately after completing his studies he became part of the Department of Organization at the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana, as a guest academic staff. From 1992 to 2000, he worked for the Department of Art Management at the University of Arts, where he was engaged as a lecturer, Dean of the Faculty of Art Management and Deputy. Rector of this University. He earned the academic title of “Associate Professor” in 1996 and then received his “Professor” in Management in 2003. From 2003 to 2007, Prof. Brovina became part of the Management Department at George Brown College. He worked as Secretary General in the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports in the period 2007-2010. Prof. Brovina worked as Dean and Vice Rector at Luarasi University, Metropolitan University of Tirana and Logos University College from 2012 to 2020. Currently Prof. Brovina is working at the University of Sports of Tirana in the position of Vice Rector. Prof. Brovina is the author of texts and scientific publications in his field of specialization. His area of ​​interest within research is management.
